DIY Rice Face Mask for Glowing, Smooth Skin

You’ll Need:

2 tablespoons of white rice (organic, if possible)

1 tablespoon of milk (plant-based or dairy)

1 teaspoon of raw honey
How to Make It:

Boil the RiceCook the rice in water (without salt) until it’s soft. Drain it, but save the water – it’s rich in nutrients and can be used as a toner later!

Mash the RiceMash the warm rice with a spoon or blend it into a smooth paste.

Mix in the Milk & HoneyAdd the milk and honey to the rice paste. Mix well until you get a creamy, thick consistency.

Apply to FaceUsing clean fingers or a brush, apply the mask to a clean, dry face. Avoid the eye area.

Relax for 15–20 MinutesLet the mask sit and do its magic. Breathe deeply, light a candle—make it a ritual.

Rinse Off GentlyUse lukewarm water and circular motions to rinse the mask off. Pat your skin dry with a soft towel.
After rinsing, use the saved rice water as a toner with a cotton pad—it helps tighten pores and leaves a soft glow.
